硬質巖旋挖成孔取芯施工技術

[摘要]針對旋挖樁機在中強度以上孤石或弧石層、中高強巖層的鉆進出現傾斜、效率慢等技術難題,結合廈門帝景苑二期樁基工程旋挖成孔施工實例,分析了復雜硬質巖層旋挖成孔的鉆頭、鉆具、施工工藝等方面的技術原理,提出了利用自制刻槽牙輪鉆頭先鉆進成槽處理20m厚中風化花崗巖殘留體層,以及使用刻槽鉆頭先鉆進成槽和大直徑取巖體鉆頭完整取芯的有效質量控制關鍵技術,取得了取芯完整、效率高的成果。

Rotary Drilling Hole and Core-taking Construction Technology in Hard Rock

Abstract:Aiming at the technical problems such as rotary digging pile to solve the above strength in boulder or arc stone layer, high strength of rock drilling in tilt, slow efficiency and so on, combined with rotary drilling hole example of pile foundation engineering of Dijingyuan phaseⅡin Xiamen, this paper analyzes the technical principles of drilling bit, drilling tool and construction technology for rotary drilling in complex hard rock strata, and puts forward the effective quality control key technologies of first drilling and grooving with self-made grooved roller drilling bit to treat 20m thick residual body layer of moderately weathered granite, and first drilling and grooving with grooved drilling bit and complete coring with large-diameter rock drilling bit efficient results.
