基于BIM技術的模架預埋碰撞優化技術研究

[摘要]隨著三維設計技術的廣泛應用,在超高層建筑設計及施工中,總承包單位為了提高項目的多專業協同管理,越來越多地應用三維信息技術。設計及施工的三維信息化、可視化使得參與超高層建筑施工的各專業分包單位能更加高效地跨專業交流,提高項目設計的精確性、合理性,保證了設計的效率。以深圳前海冠澤金融中心項目為依托,在整個模架施工的全周期內,結合項目的三維信息技術管理工作,針對模架預埋與周邊工程的碰撞問題進行專題研究,提前預警并進行設計優化處理,取得了成功。

Study on Optimization Technology of Embedded Collision of Formwork Based on BIM Technology

Abstract: With the widespread application of 3D design technology, in the design and construction of super tall buildings, general contractors are increasingly applying 3D information technology in order to improve the multi-disciplinary collaborative management of projects. The three-dimensional information and visualization of design and construction enable various professional subcontractors involved in super tall building construction to communicate more efficiently across disciplines, which also improves the accuracy and rationality of project design and ensures the efficiency of design. Relying on Shenzhen Qianhai Guanze Financial Center project, combined with the three-dimensional information technology management of the project during the whole cycle of formwork construction. Special research is conducted on the embedment formwork and the collision problems of surrounding projects, early warning and design optimization processing are carried out, which achieves success.
