富水砂卵石地層渣土改良試驗研究*

[摘要]針對成都富水砂卵石地層,采用泡沫劑和膨潤土對盾構施工中的渣土進行改良,給出了渣土改良相應指標的控制標準。通過室內坍落度試驗、滲透性試驗以及研發的土體磨蝕試驗,分析了不同添加劑摻入比下渣土坍落度、滲透系數以及土體磨蝕系數的變化規律。結果表明,采用泡沫劑濃度3%、體積注入率15%和膨潤土質量比16、 體積注入率15%進行渣土改良,渣土坍落度和滲透系數滿足控制指標要求且土體磨蝕系數最小。最后通過刀具的磨損量驗證了刀具磨損值在控制范圍內。

Experimental Study on Improvement of Residual Soil in Water Rich Sandy Pebble Stratum

Abstract: Foam and bentonite are used to improve the residue in shield construction in Chengdu water rich sandy pebble stratum. Then through the indoor slump test, permeability test and the soil erosion test, the change rules of the slump, permeability coefficient and soil erosion coefficient of slag soil with different additives were analyzed. The results showed that the foam concentration was 3%, volume injection rate was 15%, bentonite mass ratio was 1:6, volume injection rate was 15%, and muck improvement was carried out. The slump and permeability coefficient of the residue meet the control index and the soil abrasion coefficient is the smallest. Finally, the tool wear value under the above parameters is verified to be within the control range through the tool wear amount.
